Q: What is Bright Bites?
Bright Bites is a fun-tastic food movement built for kids! We help little ones build healthier lunchboxes, play, learn, and earn rewards along the way – setting them up for a life where they can eat better and do better.
It includes a fully immersive supermarket for kids, interactive food games, rewards, a chef-led academy, exciting products, and a school programme – all working together to transform how kids experience food. A world where kids make the rules and are the big bosses!
Q: Where can we find Bright Bites?
We’ve launched our first Bright Bites shop at Carrefour, Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. Look out for the Bright Bites signs (and maybe B, our cheeky mascot!)
Q: What can kids do in store?
What can’t they do? Grab a trolley, pick their 5 food heroes, design their dream lunchbox, blend smoothies on a bike, win at the claw machine, cook up a storm at the Bright Bites Academy, and climb the Bright Bites leaderboard like a star.
But most importantly, they’ll learn about food and nutrition all the way through – in a fun and exciting Bright Bites way!
Q: Do I stay with my child during shopping sessions?
Yep! You’re along for the ride, your little one leads the way, but you’re their trusty sidekick.
Q: Do I need to book anything?
Nope! For the shop, just roll in with your kiddo(s).
Q: What is the Bright Bites Academy?
It’s where kids and adults alike cook, play, and learn! Think pasta parties, smoothie-making, and more - all designed to teach healthier eating in a hands-on way.
Q: Do I stay with my child during Academy sessions?
Totally up to you! Parents can stay, chill nearby, or shop while the kids are guided by trained instructors.
Q: Do I need to book anything?
Yep! For Academy sessions (like cooking classes), we recommend booking online or in-store.
Q: What’s the Bright Bites card?
It’s your all-access pass to the Bright Bites world! Use it to:
Play the in-store games, climb the leaderboard, design your lunchbox, pay at check-out, and rule the store. It’s not just a card. It’s your ticket to becoming a Bright Bites boss.
Q: Can it be used on anything?
You can use it across Carrefour stores, BUT we built it for the Bright Bites shop. That means just delicious goodies that fuel fun and power up healthier lunchboxes. (Psst… it's in-store only!)
Q: How do I get the card?
Easy peasy. Sign up in-store at the Bright Bites store in Mall of The Emirates, it’s totally free. Just ask one of our team and you’re good to go!
Q: What’s the Bright Bites Besties Book?
It’s a collectable book packed with games, puzzles, fun food facts, and places to stick your Bright Bites stickers. Every time you buy any Bright Bites items across participating Carrefour stores, you earn a sticker pack featuring two of our food besties! There are 20 stickers to collect!
Q: What happens when my child fills it up?
They unlock a surprise reward AND become official Bright Bites champs status.
Q: Is this safe for my kids?
Absolutely. Every activity, product, and experience is parent-approved. Our teams are trained to keep fun AND safety first.
Q: Who are the Bright Bites staff?
Our team is fully certified in child safeguarding and Sunflower training, so every child feels safe, supported, and seen. They're pros with kids - so you can relax while they explore.
Q: Is Bright Bites free?
Roaming the store? Totally free. But for the full experience - like building your lunchbox, joining Academy classes, or unlocking the Bright Bites card - there’s a small fee.
Q: Can schools get involved?
Yes! Bright Bites offers a full school program. Teachers can sign up online to bring the fun (and learning) to classrooms. You can send us an email on hello@brightbites.com .
