  • 170g egg (that’s about 3 medium eggs)
  • 3g vanilla
  • 2g cardamom powder
  • 150g low-fat milk
  • 4g baking powder
  • 100g brown flour
  • 100g rolled oats
  • 20g maple syrup

Method

    Blend oats into a fine powder.

    Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth.
