Blend the pumpkin seeds until coarsely ground.

In a large bowl, combine the ground pumpkin seeds, all remaining ingredients, and water. Stir for about a minute, or until the mixture starts to gel together.

Roll out the mixture onto the baking sheets to your desired thickness.Use a knife to cut the mixture into evenly sized pieces.
